My New Costco Drink Obsession (and It’s Healthy!)

I’ll be honest—before this year, “prioritizing my health” meant occasionally swapping fries for a side salad and feeling proud of myself. But we only get older, so I started paying more attention to what I was putting in my body. That means less takeout, more home-cooked meals.

I tend to do weekly Costco runs to meal prep. This past week, I stumbled across a case of Chi Forest sparkling water. I’d never seen it before, but I noticed zero sugar on the label and figured, why not give it a try?

Sparkling Water that Actually Tastes Good?

I’ve tried my fair share of sparkling waters, and let’s be real—some of them taste like bubbly sadness. But Chi Forest? Different story. I was shocked by how much flavor it had without any sugar! Not overly sweet but not just a straight-up seltzer either.

A Small Swap that Makes a Big Difference

Before Chi Forest, I was still sneaking in the occasional soda. I liked the fizz, the refreshing hit of something not plain water. But I knew the sugar wasn’t doing me any favors. Chi Forest drinks have the bubbly satisfaction of soda, the hydration of water, zero sugar, and zero artificial junk. I don’t have to think twice about cracking one open in the afternoon or pairing it with a meal. Plus, Costco sells it in bulk, which means I’m always stocked up without having to pay insane prices for good-tasting, health-friendly drinks.

The Drink that Keeps Me on Track

Cutting out sugary drinks is one of the easiest ways to clean up your diet, and this made it effortless. I’m sticking to a refreshing, light, and guilt-free drink that fits into my routine—whether I’m at my desk, at the gym, or unwinding at home. So yeah, if you’re trying to be healthier without sacrificing flavor, next time you’re at Costco, do yourself a favor: grab a case of Chi Forest.
